摘    要:本文结合苏州轨道交通4号线苏锦村站-火车站站-北寺塔站两个盾构区间在已完工的火车站站内调头作业实例,对密闭小空间内多台盾构同时调头的可行性方案进行系统性对比分析,研究制定出盾构掘进施工、盾构调头施工及二次始发掘进施工等技术措施,有效解决了工期紧、施工难度高、对周边环境影响大等技术难题并节约了成本,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,可为同类工程提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:Based on the examples of shield turning operations in a completed railway station in two shield tunnels between Sujin Village Station,Railway Station and North Temple Tower Station in Suzhou Rail Transit Line 4,this paper systematically analyses the feasibility report on the multiple shields turning around simultaneously in a confined small space.According to the research,this paper develops the technical measures on shield tunneling construction,shield turning construction and secondary originating tunneling construction,which effectively solves some technical problems such as tight construction schedule,high construction difficulty,great impact on the surrounding environment and saving costs as well.It has good economic and social benefits,and can provide useful and valuable reference for similar projects.
