摘    要:在盆克特2号大桥钢梁施工方案比选中运用ABAQUS有限元软件分析各施工方案下钢梁整体应力、位移分布情况,由具体数据定量探讨不同施工方案对钢梁施工精度控制、安全风险把控、成桥承载量等的影响,并由此选出最优方案。分析结果显示,分步吊装方案较顶推方案可提高钢梁耐久性及抗疲劳性能;组合梁吊装可避免钢梁应力集中,提高成桥载重量。经综合比选分析后选定组合梁吊装方案为最优方案。

Abstract:In the comparison and selection of steel beam construction schemes of Penkete No.2 Bridge,the ABAQUS finite element software was used to analyze the overall stress and displacement distribution of the steel beam under each construction scheme,and the influence of different construction schemes on the steel beam construction accuracy control,safety risk control and bridge bearing capacity was quantitatively analyzed based on the specific data,so as to select the optimal scheme.The results show that the stepwise lifting scheme can improve the durability and anti-fatigue performance of the steel beam compared with the jacking scheme.The hoisting scheme of composite beam can avoid the stress concentration of steel beam and improve the load of completed bridge.After comprehensive comparison and analysis,the combined beam hoisting scheme is selected as the optimal scheme.
