摘 要: | 纯电动汽车的电力来源均为动力电池,动力电池一旦发生短路,瞬间会产生巨大的能量,存在爆炸、起火的危险,严重危及车辆及乘客的安全。为了保证车载用电器和乘客的安全,防止短路及过载现象的发生,对于各高压零部件回路,一般选用相匹配的熔断器进行保护。本文将阐述纯电动汽车高压直流熔断器计算及选型方法,并实例说明。

Abstract: | The power source of pure electric vehicles is power batteries. Once the power batteries short-circuit, they will generate huge energy in instant. There is a risk of explosion and fire, which seriously endangers the safety of vehicles and passengers. In order to ensure the safety of on-board electrical appliances and passengers and prevent the occurrence of short circuit and overload, the corresponding fuse is generally used to protect the circuits of high-voltage parts. In this paper, the calculation and selection methods of high voltage dc fuses for pure electric vehicles are described, and an example is given. |
