电动汽车用永磁同步电机优化设计

摘    要:提出一种能提高车用永磁同步电机转矩密度的优化方法。通过设计一台样机,用有限元方法对电机空载和负载性能进行仿真,并利用motor-CAD软件E-mag模块进行优化设置,优化方案与原电机方案进行对比分析,对比结果证明优化方案的可行性。对方案优化后的样机进行台架测试,试验结果为优化方法提供了参考。

Abstract:An optimization method for improving the torque density of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is presented. A prototype is designed. The no-load and load performance of the motor are simulated by finite element method. The optimization scheme is set up by using E-mag module of motor-CAD software. The comparison between the optimization scheme and the original motor scheme proves the feasibility of the optimization scheme. The prototype of the optimized prototype is tested. The test results provide a reference for the optimization method.
