基于主动混合脉冲充电策略的电动汽车充电设施主动防护系统研究

摘    要:提出一种基于主动混合脉冲式充电策略(AHPC)的电动汽车充电设施主动防护系统。在对电动汽车动力电池进行等效电路模型分析的基础上,提出一种主动混合脉冲式充电策略,精准计算充电过程中的状态参数,并建立精细化充电设施故障指标体系,对充电设施进行故障防护。主动防护系统试运行结果表明,该系统锂电池内阻估算误差小于3.5%,开路电压估计误差小于0.3%,并可实时监控充电状态,为电动汽车电池的安全防护和寿命预测提供依据。

Abstract:An active protection system of electric vehicle charging facility based on Active Hybrid Pulse Charge (AHPC) is proposed. Based on the equivalent circuit model analysis of the electric vehicle power battery, an active hybrid pulse charging strategy is proposed to accurately calculate the state parameters during charging. Secondly, a faulty indicator system for the refined charging facility is established to provide fault protection for the charging facility. The operation results show that the estimation error of the Li-ion battery internal resistance is less than 3.5%, estimation error of open circuit voltage is less than 0.3%, and charging state can be monitored real-time, this provides a basis for safety protection and life prediction of electric vehicle battery.
