摘    要:为解决低温下柴油流动性变差导致发动机难起动或运行不平稳的问题,提出了在柴油发动机低压进油油管内加装碳纤维丝束,并利用汽车蓄电池供电加热柴油的方法。研究了碳纤维丝束的自限温特点及加热柴油时的温升特性,设计了基于碳纤维丝束的温度控制与报警装置,并在最低温度为-19.1℃的环境下进行了柴油车实际装车试验,结果表明,碳纤维丝束加热柴油可确保柴油机在低温环境下冷起动成功且运行平稳。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that diesel engine is difficult to start or runs unsteadily due to the poor fluidity of diesel fuel at low temperature, this paper proposes to add carbon fiber bundles to the low-pressure oil intake pipe of diesel engine, and uses automobile battery to supply power to heat diesel fuel to improve its fluidity. The self- limiting temperature characteristics of carbon fiber bundles and the temperature rise characteristics of heating diesel fuel are studied. A temperature control and alarm device based on carbon fiber bundles is designed. The actual application test of diesel vehicle at the lowest temperature of -19.1℃ is carried out, which showes that heating diesel fuel with carbon fiber bundles can ensure the success of cold starting and smooth operation of diesel engine at low temperature environment.
