| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了多层燃油管的产品结构和特点,包括原料、主要生产设备、生产工艺流程和工艺控制要点、产品尺寸及性能、产品品质缺陷和原因分析。提出把多层复合制造技术与数控技术相结合,研发多层燃油管的设备与工艺,即汽车用多层燃油管挤出成型技术。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the product structure and characteristics of multi-layer fuel pipes, including raw materials, main production equipment, production process and process control points, product size and performance, product quality defects and cause analysis. It is proposed to combine multi-layer compound manufacturing technology with digital control technology to develop equipment and technology for multi -layer fuel pipes, which is extrusion forming technology for automobile multi-layer fuel pipe. |
