摘    要:随着油耗和排放法规要求的日益严苛,整车用电功率要求的不断提升,车载发电机将会朝着高电压和高效率的方向发展以降低电流需求和功率损耗。本文阐述了48 V整车电气系统相对于12 V系统的优势,介绍了48 V系统的整车架构,上海法雷奥汽车电器系统有限公司所开发的48 V皮带式启动发电一体机电机本体和控制器的结构和功能。通过实验数据表明,在NEDC工况下,搭载本电机的整车与搭载传统发电机的整车相比,油耗将会减少10%~15%。

Abstract:As vehicle fuel consumption and emission regulations become stricter,the on-board electronic system power request is also increasing,alternator will become more efficient and with higher voltage,in order to decrease the current demand and power loss.This paper states advantages of 48 V system compared to the traditional 12 V system,introduces the architecture,structure and functions of Shanghai Valeo 48 V integrated belt starter and generator(iBSG)machine and controller.According to test results,48 V iBSG can help vehicle decrease fuel consumption for about 10%~15%in NEDC condition.
