摘    要:针对目前氢燃料电池发动机系统在变载过程中存在的电堆温度波动较大、热管理子系统响应速度慢等问题,提出了基于电堆功率、电堆进出口冷却液温差、冷却液流量等多参数跟随的热管理控制方案。利用AMESim仿真软件对某款氢燃料电池发动机的热管理系统建立了一维仿真模型,并在典型工况下对不同控制方案进行仿真分析。结果表明:水泵转速跟随电堆功率及电堆进出口温差的控制方案以及散热风扇转速跟随电堆出口温度及冷却液流量的控制方案能有效降低电堆温度波动、提高热管理子系统的响应速度,为在变载工况下控制氢燃料电池发动机系统提供了解决方案。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of large reactor temperature fluctuation and slow response of thermal management subsystem in the load change process of hydrogen fuel cell engine system,a thermal management control strategy was proposed based on multi-parameter following of reactor power,coolant temperature difference between reactor inlet and outlet and coolant flow.A one-dimensional simulation model of thermal management system was established using AMESim simulation software,and the simulation and analysis of different control strategies were conducted under typical operating conditions.The results show that the control strategies of the pump speed following the reactor power and the temperature difference between reactor inlet and outlet and the cooling fan speed following the outlet temperature of reactor and the coolant flow rate can effectively reduce the temperature fluctuation of reactor and improve the response speed of thermal management subsystem,which provides a solution to the control problem of hydrogen fuel cell engine system under variable load conditions.
