焊接应力对桥式起重机箱形梁承载能力的影响

摘    要:该文提出了桥式起重机箱形梁焊接时产生的残余应力对其承载能力的影响问题。通过对纵向残余应力的分布、计算分析以及对箱形梁二次变形的计算分析,文章认为焊接应力对箱形梁承载能力的主要影响是降低了上盖板的屈曲强度,造成箱形桥架下挠,并提出用双二次变形减小焊接残余应力的工艺措施。

Abstract:The paper puts forward a problem,i.e.the influence of residual stress during welding box beams of bridge crane on the bearing capacity.Through the arrangement and calculation analysis of longitudinal residual stress as well as the calculation analysis of the secondary deformation of box beams the paper thinks main influence of welding stress on the bea ̄ring capacity of the box beams is to reduce buckling strength of top cover plate so as to cause flexure of the box bridge frame.The paper also puts forward a process measure of reducing welding residual stress by secondary deformation.
