应用新型枸橼酸盐浓缩抗凝血液透析液时影响血侧枸橼酸钠浓度的因素

摘    要:目的 观察新型枸橼酸盐浓缩抗凝血液透析液进行血液透析时影响血侧枸橼酸盐浓度的因素。方法 采用体外试验模拟血液透析在不同滤器、不同血侧液体浓度和酸碱度以及不同流速的血液侧液体和透析液状态下检测血测枸橼酸盐浓度。结果 血侧枸橼酸盐浓度F 6 0 >FB 1 3 0UGA >GA HP 1 3 0 >F 6 >FB 1 3 0AGA >WS 70。透析液流速 5 0 0mL·min- 1 >2 5 0mL·min- 1 ;血流速 1 0 0mL·min- 1 >2 0 0mL·min- 1 。结论 血侧枸橼酸盐浓度受血流量和透析液流量影响。应用枸橼酸盐浓缩抗凝血透液时 ,应选用高通量滤器或壁薄 ,亲水性好 ,表面积大于 1 .3m2 低通量滤器

Factors affecting the concentration of citrate solution in dialyzers when using citrate hemodialysate in vitro
Abstract:Objective To observe the factors that affect the concentration of citrate solution in hollow fiber when using citrate hemodialysate. Methods By modeling hemodialysis in vitro, we used 6 types of hemodizlyzers, different blood flow rates , different dialysate flow-rates and different fluids instead of blood to hemodialyses in vitro to detect the citrate concentration in hollow fiber.Results The citrate concentrations in different hemodialyzers were F60>FB130UGA>GA HP130>F6>FB 130AGA>WS 70. The concentrations at different dialysate flow rates were 500?mL·min -1 >250?mL·min -1 . The concentrations at different blood flow rates were 100?mL·min -1 >200?mL·min -1 .Conclusion The concentration of citrate solution in hollow fiber is affected by different types of hemodialyzers and different bloods as well as dialysate flow rates . To achieve anticoagulation when using hemodialysate, we must select suitable hemodialyzer such as FB 130UGA.
