农村公路沥青路面结构计算分析

摘    要:利用有限元法,对设置贫乳化沥青稳定碎石柔性基层的农村公路沥青路面结构的弯沉和应力,进行了计算分析。研究得出,采用贫乳化沥青稳定碎石和石灰土组成的混合式基层的沥青路面结构,整体承载能力较高。8 cm贫乳化沥青稳定碎石的荷载扩散能力与15 cm石灰土相近,且设置贫乳化沥青稳定碎石的路面结构,受力更加均匀,变形更为协调。结果表明,贫乳化沥青稳定碎石基层沥青路面适宜在农村公路中应用。

Abstract:By the Finite Element Method,deflection and stress of asphalt pavement structure with the poor emulsification asphalt stabilized macadam base for the country highways are calculated and analyzed.Ii is pointed that the asphalt pavement structure with the composite base which is composed of the poor emulsification asphalt stabilized macadam and the lime treated soil will have bigger carrying capacity.The load diffusing capacity of the poor emulsification asphalt stabilized macadam base whose thickness is 8 cm is close to the load diffusing capacity of the lime treated soil base whose thickness is 15 cm.The stress of the pavement structure with the poor emulsification asphalt stabilized macadam base is more uniform and the deformation is more corresponding.The results indicate that the asphalt pavement with the poor emulsification asphalt stabilized macadam base is feasible for the country highways.
