| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the positive and negative influence of Manila Amendments to STCW convention upon maritime students, this article puts forward the measures for maritime students＇ occupational competence cultivation in vocational colleges, which is of great significance to the comprehensive promotion of maritime students＇ occupational skills. |
