Study on the School-enterprise Cultural Integration in Vocational Colleges Based on Rational Cognition

The mode of practical talents cultivation can not be implemented without school-enterprise cooperation. School-enterprise cultural integration must be achieved so as to break through the bottleneck in implanting the mode of school-enterprise cooperation. This article constructs the basic concepts of schoolenterprise cultural integration from the angle of rational cognition and analyzes the process of cultural encounter, cultural conflicts and cultural integration from the angle of cultural studies as well, which is expected to serve as reference for school-enterprise cultural practice.
