| 摘 要： | 文章探讨了能力本位下的航海英语课程体系的内涵，并从语言教学的理论层面剖析了航海英语交际能力的内在构成．提出能力本位下的航海英语课程体系构建的实践原则，最后结合《STCW公约》马尼拉修正案重新构建航海英语课程体系。

| Abstract: | Based on an introduction of ME （marine English） curriculum system under the background of CBVE, this article analyzes the composition of ME communicative competence from the angle of language teaching theories and puts forward the practical principles for the construction of ME curriculum system. Lastly, combining Manila Amendments to STCW convention, it attempts to reconstruct ME curriculum system. |
