Oil Fingerprint Digital Identification Methods of Spilled Oil

With the development of computer technology and mathematical methods, it has got more and more attention of using digital methods to identify oil fingerprint of spilled oil.This paper analyzed the prin-ciple and method of clustering analysis,principal component analysis,discriminant analysis,t-test,cor-relation analysis,repeatability limit methods on spilled oil identification and the using condition,advantag-es and disadvantages of these methods, which may contribute to the application of digital methods on oil fingerprint identification of spilled oil.
