基于四象限斩波器的混合磁悬浮系统设计

摘    要:针对单一的电磁吸力型磁悬浮系统能耗大,悬浮气隙小的问题,提出采用能耗小,可实现大气隙悬浮的永久磁铁和常导线圈构成的混合式磁悬浮系统的方案。阐述了能满足混合磁悬浮系统负向电流需要的H型四象限斩波器的原理,介绍了基于DSP和CPLD的保护电路和控制器。试验表明,混合磁悬浮系统悬浮过程中和负重变化时都能很快达到稳定悬浮,悬浮气隙可达到20-30mm,并且负载电流小。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and small suspension gap of sucking maglev system, it is proposed the scheme of hybrid maglev system composed of permanent magnet and normal conductor for realization of Iarge gap suspension. The principles of H-type 4 quadrant chopper are illustrated meeting the requirement by the negative current of the hybrid maglev system. The protection circuit and controller are introduced based on DSP and CPLD. The tests show that with the hybrid maglev system, steady suspension could be achieved quickly during the suspension and during change of loads, with a suspension gap of 20-30mm. and with low load current.
