摘    要:水力驱动系统是水力式升船机的核心,其设计的优劣直接影响升船机的提升效率与运行安全。依托景洪水力式升船机工程,通过水力驱动系统充泄水过程非恒定流数值仿真分析,提出水力驱动系统合理的布置与结构设计、阀门变速开启方式;通过物理模型试验对输水管路进行水力优化,提出增加顺直段长度和连通廊道以提高竖井水位的同步性;在此基础上,综合考虑多方面因素,给出景洪升船机水力驱动系统的进出水口、输水管路、竖井等详细设计,可为该类型升船机的水力驱动系统设计提供借鉴。

Abstract:The hydraulic driving system is the core of the hydraulic ship lift,and its design determines the lifting efficiency and operation safety of the ship lift directly.Based on Jinghong hydraulic ship lift project,reasonable layout and structure design of hydraulic driving system and variable speed opening mode are proposed through unsteady flow numerical analysis of the process of filling and emptying.The hydraulic pipeline design is optimized through physical model test.The length of straight section is extended and the connected corridor is added to raise the synchronism of water levels of vertical wells.Furthermore,considering many other factors,the detail design of hydraulic driving system of Jinghong ship lift including the inlet and outlet,water delivery pipeline,vertical well,etc.is put forward,which may serve as reference for the hydraulic driving system design of the same-kind ship lift.
