| 摘 要： | 与地物和气象杂波相比，海杂波特别是高分辨率雷达所接受的海杂波呈现明显的非平稳、非高斯性。且会出现所谓“海尖峰”，对目标检测影响严重。为研究针对海杂波的最佳信号处理算法，基于实际采集的海杂波对其幅度统计分布，频谱模型做了初步分析，可进一步加深对海杂波的认识和了解。

| Abstract: | Compared with ground and weather clutters, sea clutters, especially ones received by a high resolution radar, show the non-Gaussian characteristics,and form the so-called ＂sea spikes＂, which severely affect the detection of targets. In order to study the corresponding optimal signal processing algorithm, this paper elementarily analyzes its amplitude statistical distribution and spectrum model so that we can have better understanding of sea clutters. |
