无障碍钢吊箱围堰施工技术

摘    要:传统钢吊箱通过在钻孔桩内埋入型钢将钢吊箱围堰的自重传递给钻孔桩,通过配重克服钢吊箱围堰的浮力。无障碍钢吊箱围堰通过杆件将钢吊箱地板与钻孔桩的钢护筒连接到一起,通过钢护筒与钻孔桩的摩擦力克服钢吊箱围堰的重力与浮力。钢吊箱围堰内不设置任何支撑,有与双壁钢围堰内同样的施工条件,简化了施工过程,减低了施工成本,保证了承台钢筋绑扎的施工质量,同时加快了施工进度。

Abstract:The traditional steel cofferdam transfers deadweight of steel boxed cofferdam to drilled piles through embedding steel inside of drilled piles.Thus buoyancy of steel boxed cofferdam was overcome by balance weight.Accessible steel boxed cofferdam connects the steel cofferdam floor and steel casing of drilled pile with the member bar and endures the gravity and buoyancy of steel boxed cofferdam with friction force of steel casing and drilled pile.The steel boxed cofferdam does not have any support,has the same construction conditions of double-wall steel cofferdam,simplifies the construction process,reduces construction cost,engages construction quality of reinforcement binding of cushion cap and accelerates construction progress.
