| 摘 要： | 近年来，D-B（设计-建设）总承包模式已被越来越多的业主所采用。对业主来讲，选择最有价值的总承包商（商务合理、技术先进、管理科学）是最重要的。通过对D-B总承包模式概念和优点的分析，提出D-B总承包模式的评标模型，并运用该模型综合评出最有价值的总承包商。

| Abstract: | In recent years, more and more design-build delivery systems have been used by many owners. The owners, the most valuable selection of general contractor （Bidding-apprise Model; Business reasonable;Technologically advanced） is most needed. Through the concept and the advantages of design-build delivery systems analysis, I made the evaluation model of the design-build delivery systems, the use of this model, general selected the most valuable general contractor. |
