C50 T型梁机制砂混凝土的配制与应用研究

摘    要:结合沪蓉西高速公路建设的实际情况,通过严格控制原材料质量和优化配合比,利用机制砂配制出质量优良的C 50高强混凝土,并成功用于预应力T梁的试制。同时,荷载试验还表明,机制砂混凝土T梁具有高的承载能力和抗变形能力。

Abstract:Through controlling raw materials quality strictly and optimizing the mix proportion of the manufactured-sand concrete,C50 high strength concrete with manufactured-sand is made on the basis of the projection of the Hu-Rong West Expressway.The manufactured-sand concrete is successfully used in T-type prestressed concrete girder.The results of the loading test show that T-type girder made of manufactured-sand concrete has high load-carrying ability and anti-deformability.
