介绍了高速道岔新型辊轮装置的性能和指标;针对各项性能指标简述了试验方法,进行了辊轮启动力矩、承载能力、防腐和防尘能力测试,验证了新型辊轮装置的适用性;并进行了道岔尖轨扳动力对比测试,结果表明新型辊轮装置的减摩效果良好。

Performance and Test of Switch Blade Rolling Device for High Speed Railway Turnout

This article introduces performance and index of new switch blade rolling device for high speed railway turnout. Examination methods are introduced for each property index. The starting torque, bearing capacity, decay and dust resist- ance of switch blade rolling device was tested, and the applicability of the model rolling device of the high-speed turnout was confirmed. Contrast test of switching force with switch rail was carried out, the results show that the new switch blade rolling device achieve good effect on friction reduction.
