汽车车身用高强度钢板冲压成形模拟

摘    要:选择三个零件采用高强钢材料进行试冲,并检测其破裂、主应变、减薄率和起皱情况。另外,借助PAMSTAMP冲压软件模拟这三个零件成形过程。通过对比模拟和实测结果,仿真精度可以达到85%以上。

Abstract:There are three sheet metal parts made by high srtrenth steel whitch were stamped. The cracks, major strain, thinning,and wrinkling of the parts were observed and measured. Also the stamping processess were caculated and simulated using simulation software PAMSTAMP. The caculated result was compared with the measured, and then the conclusion was drew that the accuracy of the simulation made by PAMSTAMP is 85 percent or more.
