敞开式钢管-混凝土桁架组合梁施工技术

新汴河大桥主桥A部分为60 m敞开式钢管-混凝土桁架组合梁桥,该工程是徐州至明光高速公路的重难点工程,也是新技术、新工艺应用工程;该新型桥梁具有建筑高度低、结构新颖和谐、造型简洁美观、结构自重轻及工程造价低等特点。结合本工程施工实例,综合介绍该新型桥梁的施工方案及施工工序,特别是桥梁桥面系结构及下弦杆采用满堂支架现浇施工,钢管桁架采用搭设支架悬挂安装,钢管混凝土采用混凝土地泵顶升灌筑施工,可为类似工程的施工提供参考。

Construction Technology on Composite Girder of Open-type Steel Pipe Concrete Truss

The A part of the new Bianhe Bridge is a composite beam bridge with 60m open-type steel pipe concrete truss. As a key project of Xuzhou-Mingguang freeway, it employs new technology and process in engineering. The new bridge has characteristics including low building height, novel and harmonious shape, simple and beautiful outlook, structure with light weight and low cost. Combined with the construction practice, this paper makes a comprehensive introduction to the new bridge on construction schemes and procedures, especially the bridge structure and the bottom chord of full framing cast-in-place construction, the erection of scaffold steel pipe truss suspension installation, concrete filled steel pipe with concrete pump lifting and grouting construction, which can provide references for the similar construction.
