客运专线64m双线节段拼装箱梁施工技术

以西成客专汉中汉江特大桥双线铁路64 m节段拼装预应力混凝土箱梁的节段预制、架设施工为研究对象,通过对施工过程工艺控制,总结客运专线双线大跨节段拼装简支箱梁梁段预制、架设施工技术,包括预制阶段的模板、胎具的加工及安装使用,钢筋工程,预埋件安设、孔道成孔和混凝土工程;架设阶段的梁段线形控制、预拱度设置、湿接缝施工、预应力张拉及张拉过程中的梁体体系转换。

Construction Technology for 64 Meters Double Track Section Assembled Simply Supported Box Girder of Passenger Dedicated Lines

Based on the segments precasting and erecting of the double track of 64m consolidated sections of prestressed concrete simply-supported box girders of Hanzhong-Hanjiang river super bridge on Xi＇ an-Chengdu Passenger Dedicated Line,through the control management on the worksite, the author summarizes the construction techniques of long-span of consolidated sections of simply-supported box girders segments precasting and segments erecting, including the steel tem- plate and molds processing and installation, reinforced engineering, the technology of laying embedment parts and pre-set- ting hole and concrete engineering in precasting stage; the linear control, the pre-eamber setting, the wet-joint construc- tion, the system transformation of girder in tension prestress in erecting stage.
