碾子坪特大桥大体积混凝土承台施工期水化热模拟与温度控制

摘    要:结合厦蓉高速贵州境碾子坪特大桥主桥承台设计与施工,考虑了冷却水管的冷却水温、冷却水通水流量等参数,利用有限元软件Midas/Civil对承台大体积混凝土施工期水化热进行仿真计算,分析了水化热变化规律及温度分布规律,并与实际温度监测结果进行了对比分析,提出了合理的施工方案,据此指导现场温度控制。

Abstract:Combined with base slab construction and design of Nianziping bridge,considering factor of water temperature and rate of flow etc,Midas/Civil software was used to calculate the heat of hydration simulating during construction period and analyze the changing rule of hydration heat and water temperature.Compared with temperature monitoring results,rea-sonable construction scheme is provided to guide spot temperature controlling.
