摘    要:城市地下快速路处在一个封闭的环境中,机动车尾气可通过高技术措施进行集中过滤和处理。为了量化建设城市地下快速路产生的减少尾气污染的环境效益,首先利用单车污染物排放因子法,量化了单位时间、单位长度城市地下快速路上,各类型车辆的排放物中CO、HC、NOx三种气体污染物各自的强度。确定了污染物排放因子车速订正系数公式和系数的取值。为了将减少气体污染的效益直观化,通过在尾气控制技术措施的花费与经技术处理后污染物的减少量之间建立关系,取得单位三种气体污染物的处理成本,建立了单位时间内,地下快速路建设项目分别减轻三种气体污染物的效益量化模型。此外,对缓解城区CO2气体的热污染所产生的环境效益,也建立了量化模型,并最终得到了城市地下快速路对于减少汽车尾气对环境污染的效益模型。

Abstract:For an underground urban freeway is in an enclosed space, pollution from vehicle emissions can be collectively filtered and disposed with high-technical method. To quantify the environmental benefits of reducing vehicle emission pollution due to developing an underground urban freeway, an equation was presented, in which three pollution gases of CO, HC and Nox were considered and quantified respectively. Meanwhile, the emission factors varying by the vehicle veloclty and their values were determined. To make the benefit clear, the treatment cost was supplied througha relation between the emission control technical measures and the pollution reduction after treatment. Thus,a model for quantifying the environmental benefits for reducing the pollution of these three kinds of gases in an underground urban freeway was set up. In addition, the environmental benefits due to releasing the heat pollution caused by CO2 in city were also modeled. Then the beneficial model for reducing the environmental pollution from vehicle emissions was finally achieved.
