| 摘 要： | 简要回顾我国道路收费的历史沿革、现状收费方式的基本类别，分析我国目前按车型收费的适应性及某些不足，提出适合于重载交通道路的按车重收费的思想、理论与收费标准计算公式。文章最后介绍了河北省宣 大高速公路计重收费的试验型收费系统的模型及软硬件构成。

| Abstract: | This paper retrospects the toll road develop ment and the current status of toll collection mode in China.Analysis is made of the present adopted vehicle type based toll collection m ethod in terms of equity；and a toll collection mode based on axle loading is put forward,including the concept,theory,and calculation formu la.An axle loading based toll collection system in use for trial for Hebei Xuan-Da Expressway is introduced. |
