摘    要:某型直流电机的电刷长时间磨损产生碳粉而导致电机绝缘电阻低,其相关的结构还存在优化空间。根据实际应用需求,分析直流电机的结构,并对电机加以优化设计。通过试验验证优化设计的电机性能优良,证明优化设计达到预期目标。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of low insulation resistance of a certain DC motor resulting from carbon powder accumulation of brush wear for a long time,the structure of the motor was optimized.In this article,according to the practical application demand,the structure of the DC motor is analyzed.Then,the optimizing scheme of the armature structure is introduced.And then,the experimental measurement of the insulation resistance of the optimized motor is presented.The test verifies that the optimized design of the motor has excellent performance,which proves that the optimized design achieves the expected goal.
