摘    要:雷达桅是各类海上航行船舶必备的舾装件之一.船舶防泥沙压载舱使上层建筑增高,致使桅杆的高度增加以满足盲区要求,进而使雷达桅自身结构变得细高,增加了振动风险.本文基于发明问题解决理论的思想和方法,对雷达桅结构振动问题展开分析,利用系统功能分析、技术矛盾分析等工具提出雷达桅结构优化方案,并通过数值仿真进行验证.

Abstract:Radar mast is one of the necessary ship outfitting equipment for all kinds of ships sailing at sea.Added anti-sediment Ballast tanks cause increasing of the height of superstructure and the height of mast is increased to solve the blind area problem,which makes the structure of radar mast thinner and higher and increases the risk of vibration.In this paper,based on TRIZ theory,the vibration problem of radar mast is analyzed,and the optimization scheme of radar mast structure is put forward by means of the TRIZ’s problem-solving tool such as system function analysis and technical contradiction analysis.Finally,the scheme is verified by numerical simulation.
