| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍施工项目成本控制原理的基础上,将施工项目成本控制的全过程理论与盘锦大学(二区)工程相结合,详细阐述了施工阶段成本控制的成本计划编制、成本控制方法、成本核算与分析、成本考核等内容及相关方法。为其他施工企业成本控制提供了一种参考途径。

| Abstract: | This paper is based on the introduction of the construction project cost control. Through this thesis, we combine the basic principle of the construction project cost control with Pan Jin University Engi-neering （second area） during the process theory. This paper elaborates in details the establishment of cost control planning in construction stage, methods of cost control, cost accounting and analysis, cost assess-ment content and other related methods. It provides a reference of cost control for other construction enter- prises. |
