制约公路环境监理工作开展的若干问题分析

本文分析了当前制约公路建设项目环境监理工作开展的原因,主要为缺乏有效的制度保障和经济保障、环境监理量化较难、施工现场不具备环境监测条件、缺少素质过硬的环境监理队伍等。针对这些问题,本文从完善工作规范、量化监理内容研究、加强专业人员的培训等方面为公路建设项目环境监理的全面实质性地展开提出了一些解决的对策和建议。

Discussion on the Restriction of Highway Environment Supervision Implementation

The article analyzes several problems on highway environment supervision implementation, such as the lack of an effective system of security and economic security, the difficulty of environmental supervision quantification, no environmental monitoring conditions, and the lack of excellent environmental supervision team and so on. To solve these problems, some suggestions and countermeasures are pointed out for comprehensive substantive environmental supervision of highway construction project, i.e. improvement work standardization, quantitative supervisory aspects such as content research, professional training.
