原油海管掺气混输工艺模拟分析

摘    要:利用OLGA2000多相流瞬态模拟软件,对LD10-1CEP至陆地终端的输油管线每天增输5×104m3天然气的工艺可行性进行了模拟研究。结果表明:可以实行油气混输,虽然海管中会出现段塞流,但并不严重,未出现严重段塞流。为了控制段塞流,仅需在终端设置一个分离器或段塞流捕集器即可。经过计算,段塞流捕集器的理论最小容积为39.71 m3,在安全系数为1.5时,其容积为59.56 m3.

Abstract:The subsea pipeline from LD10-1CEP to land terminal is an oil pipeline,and the process feasibility of 5×104 m3/d natural gas mixed with oil is studied using the transient multiphase flow simulator,OLGA2000.The results show that it is feasible to transport mixed oil and gas.A slug flow may formed in the subsea pipeline,but it is not serious.It only needs a separator or a slug catcher to be set at the terminal to control the slug flow.The calculated minimum theoretical volume of the slug catcher is 39.71 m3,and the volume is 59.56 m3 with a safety coefficient of 1.5.
