| 摘 要： | 工程项目成本管理对施工企业来说是非常重要的，成本管理的好与差直接关系到一个企业经济效益，甚至关系到企业的生存和发展。从成本预测、成本控制的角度对工程项目的成本管理进行了探讨，提出了可操作性方案，对施工企业降低工程成本，提高经济效益，增强竞争力具有一定的指导意义。
