| 摘 要： | 本文对中药望江南(Cassia occidentaiis L)进行了染色体计数和染色体组型分析。结果表明;望江南的染色体数目为2n=28;在14对同源染色体中,除第1、2两对为近中部着丝点外,其余均为中部着丝点染色体;染色体的绝对长度在1.29～2.67微米之间,相对长度在5.11％～10.57％之间。望江南的染色体组型公式为:K(2n)=28=24m+4sm。本实验为中药望江南的药材鉴别,在染色体水平上,提供了更准确的细胞学依据。

| Abstract: | The chromosomc counting and karyotype analysis of Cassia occidentalis L. (a traditional medicinal herb) are represented in this paper. The results show that the numberof the chromosome of Cassia occidentalis L. is 2n=28. Among 14 pairs of homologous Chromosomes. the first and second pairs are submedian kinetochoral, and the others have median kinetochores. The absolute length of the chromosomes ranges from 1,29 to 2.67μm. The relative length is 5.11—10.57%. The karyotyoe of Cassia occidentalis L. can be expressed in the following formula: K(2n) =28=24m+4sm. Thcse results provide more critical cytological criteria for identificantion of Cassia occidentalis L. on the chromosomal level. |
