独塔单索面曲线斜拉桥主梁施工过程力学分析

摘    要:详细分析了某曲线斜拉桥的施工过程中各阶段的主梁线型及关键截面的应力变化,并与施工过程力学分析结果作了对比。结果表明:转体部分主梁施工过程中实测线型与理论计算值吻合较好;关键截面平均应力及单测点应力均满足施工过程中控制应力的设计和规范要求;转体后通长束的张拉实现了主梁结构良好的连续;整桥主梁线型平顺,满足设计及规范要求;成桥阶段各截面应力水平合理,表明该斜拉桥各施工阶段的质量控制较好。

Abstract:The field data of girder's line and key section's stress of some cable-stayed bridges are listed and analyzed in detail in this paper.The test results fit in the simulation results.It proves that stresses of girder's key sections of rotating part can meet the requirement of corresponding design and construction code at each stage.Stress state of whole bridge is reasonable and girder's line smoothness can meet the requirements of design and code.Construction quality has been under good control.
