摘 要: | 为解决船厂管加工车间流水线生产管理中的问题和需求,开展管加工车间制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)总体设计,构建基于流水线的船厂管加工车间MES。该系统涵盖设计工艺、生产管理和质量管理等方面,整合各流程节点之间的数据与信息,实现管生产过程的综合监管和全局分析,可有效提升船厂管加工车间流水线的生产效率。

Abstract: | In order to solve the problems and needs of assembly line production management in shipyard pipe processing workshop, the overall design of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) of pipe processing workshop is made, and MES of shipyard pipe processing workshop based on assembly line is constructed. The system covers the design technology, production management, and quality management, etc., integrates the data and information between each flow node, and realizes the comprehensive supervision and global analysis during pipe production, which can effectively improve the production efficiency of shipyard pipe processing workshop. |
