摘    要:
根据CA488型发动机原设计后活塞的结构形状,建立了三种活塞计算模型,并采用有限元法计算分析了这三种活塞的温度场,热变形及热应力,在建立计算模型时由于考虑了防胀钢片的销孔偏心的影响,并采用了等参三维实体单元,从而避免了平面二维模型严重失真的问题。

Abstract:
Three kinds of piston calculation model have been established based on configuration of the originally designed piston and modified piston of the model CA488 engmei and temperature field,thermal deformation and thermal stress of these three kind pistons are calculated and analysed by means of finite element method. As the influence of steel sheet insert and effset of pin hole of the pistons is considered and equal parameter three dimensional solid element adopted while establishing the calculating rnodel,problem of serious distorsion for two dimensional model can be avoided.
