| Abstract: | This thesis designs a questionnaire on seafarer's general qualification through analyzing the capability requirements on seafarers.The questionnaire was used by the seafarer training organizations in the area under Tianjin MSA for seafarer quality assessment.This paper also provides some relevant suggestions. |
