高强韧稀土铝合金开发在车轮上的应用

摘    要:为使车轮材料A356.2合金的强度和韧性进一步提高,使车轮设计时能有更大空间,满足车轮质量轻、能承受较高载荷,节约成本等要求,引进武汉江汉大学材料学院的科研技术,将科技成果转为产业化研发,取得了阶段性成果,较稳定地生产出高强韧稀土铝合金车轮,并收到了明显的经济效益。

Abstract:In order to further improve the strength and toughness ofA356.2 alloy which can be used as the material of wheels to meet the demand of light weight and of bearing higher load for saving cost, the new technology of Wuhan Jianghan University is introduced in the fabrication of highly indomitable and firm rare earth aluminum alloy wheels, with greater economic effects obtained.
