TBD620柴油机燃油喷射系统性能研究

摘    要:利用HYDSIM软件,建立了TBD620柴油机燃油喷射系统仿真模型,对其采用的标准喷油器和专用喷油器在不同负荷工况下的燃油喷射过程进行了仿真计算,分析研究了2种喷油器对柴油机燃油喷射特性的影响。结果表明专用喷油器在低负荷工况下能显著提高燃油喷射压力,改善燃油雾化效果,而在高负荷工况下,两者区别较小。

Abstract:Fuel injection system simulating model of TBD620 diesel was constructed on the HYDSIM software platform.Fuel injection processes of the standard and special injectors at different load conditions were simulated with their characteristics analyzed and researched.The results show that the special injector at low load can raise fuel injection pressure significantly,improving fuel atomization as well.But at high load conditions,difference between the two is smaller.
