| 摘 要： | 本文报告了我院20年来用球形截骨术治疗的55例膝内、外翻畸形。其中年令最小6岁,最大45岁。经过2～20年随访,48例获得了满意的疗效。作者在介绍手术方法的同时,总结出这种手术方法简便、安全可靠、一次截骨可同时矫正多种畸形以及不需要内固定等优点。特别强调手术适应症的选择、病人的年令、截骨部位及截骨平面的高低对手术效果影响很大。

Dome-shaped Osteotomy for the treatment of Geun Varum and Valgum |

| Abstract: | Fifty-five patients with geun varum and valgum have undergone domeshaped osteotomy in the past 20 years. Ages ranged from 6 to 45 years. Follow-up of 2—20 years showed that the therapeutic efficacy was satisfactory in 48 patients. Results indicate that this osteotomy is simple, safe and reliable, some polydeformity can be corrected by a single osteotomy and no internal fixation is needed. It is emphaszed that the selection of indications, age and the locaton of amputation, etc. may influence the results of treatment. Key words: 55 cases; Osteotomy; Epiphysis |
