涨壳式预应力中空锚杆的研究与应用

摘    要:通过研究涨壳式预应力中空锚杆和普通砂浆锚杆在限制隧洞围岩塑性范围、控制洞室围岩位移变化、锚杆支护轴向力这三个方面的对比分析,说明了涨壳式预应力中空锚杆具有更好的锚固效果。锦屏二级水电站东端2号引水隧洞中应用涨壳式预应力中空锚杆,解决了临时支护与永久支护二者如何有机结合的问题,最大程度地提高施工进度,而且对高地应力情况下的坍塌、岩爆也可起到很明显的防治效果。

Abstract:By studying and analyzing the expanding-shell pre-stressed hollow anchor rod and the ordinary mortar anchor rod from the three aspects, that is, the limitation of the plastic range of the tunnel surrounding rock, the displacement of the control chamber surrounding rock and the axial force of anchor rod support, the better reinforcement effect of the expanding- shell pre-stressed hollow anchor rod can be proved. The application of the expanding-shell pre-stressed hollow anchor rod on the No. 2 diversion tunnel in the eastern end of Jinping 2 Hydropower Station solved the problem of the combination of the temporary and permanent support and maximized the speed of the construction and greatly prevented the tunnel collapse and rock burst under the condition of high geostresses.
