牵引变电安全监控系统优化研究

摘    要:牵引变电安全监控系统发展近10年,但并不完善。在分析安全监控系统存在问题现状的基础上,按照国家和铁路行业相关规范,并吸取电力行业的先进经验,对牵引变电安全监控系统方案进行优化研究,着力解决设计、施工中遇到的实际问题。采用火灾报警控制器监控火灾信息及消防设施,并实现与综自系统环境监控装置通信接口。优化后的系统架构合理,子系统接口清晰,且易于扩展,能实现对安防、环境、火灾信息及消防设施状态的全面监视。

Abstract:The safety monitoring system for traction power supply has developed for nearly 10 years in China,but not yet perfected. Based on the analysis of the current problem of safety monitoring system,the compliance with the national and railway industry related codes,and the learning of the advanced experience of power supply industry,the safety monitoring system for traction power supply is studies for optimization,addressing the practical problems encountered in the process of design and construction.Fire alarm control unit is selected to monitor fire information and fire-fighting devices,and establish the interface to surroundings control system device of integrated automatic system. The optimized system architecture is reasonable and the interface between subsystems is clean and extendable,which makes it possible to monitor completely the security,environment,fire information and fire-fighting equipment.
