| 摘 要： | 本文从港口产业集群理论、国际产业转移等相关理论出发,阐明加工贸易产业结构的优化是珠三角临港产业集群发展的助推器,这二者之间存在依存和互动关系,提出加强竞争与协调,整合保税区域功能,完善税收机制,建立临港产业集群信息平台等措施和建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of some related theories of international division of Labor and International Industries Transfer, the author states that the industrial optimization of processing trade has driven the development of Port Industry Clusters in Pear River Delta, vice versa. Furthermore, some suggestions and opinions are put forward, such as strengthening competition and cooperation within industries, integrating functions of bonded zones, perfecting the revenue mechanism, promoting the building of information system in such area, etc.. |
