汽车内饰件用复合片材的研制

摘    要:研究将竹纤维/聚丙烯纤维复合材料作为汽车内饰件用材料,并探讨了复合板的热压压力、物料配比、热压时间等条件对产品性能的影响,得出了最优化的工艺参数。试验表明,该复合片材比模量高,比强度大,并且加工方便,是用于汽车内饰件的一种新型材料。

Abstract:The bamboo textile fiber/polypropylene textile fiber composite materials used for auto inner trims are studied.The influences of thermo-compression pressure,material allocated proportion and thermo-compression time on the performances of composite board are discussed and the optimized process parameters are obtained.The experiment indicates that,this composite sheet materials have high module ratio,high specific strength and processes convenience.It is one kind of new materials used for auto inner trims.
