| 摘 要： | 引入产品族的概念,针对铁道车辆轴箱弹簧产品的快速设计,提出了一种基于产品族的铁道车辆轴箱弹簧快速设计方法.在铁道车辆轴箱弹簧的产品族设计的基础上,建立产品族数据库,采用基于相似实例惩罚函数优化设计方法实现轴箱弹簧的快速设计,并据此开发了一套基于产品族的铁道车辆轴箱弹簧快速设计系统,以某型车双卷轴箱弹簧快速设计为实例,验证了快速设计方法的正确性和有效性.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the rapid design of railway vehicle wheelbox spring,the theory of product family is introduced,and a rapid design method of railway vehicle wheelbox spring is proposed based on product family.Firstly,on the basis of product family design of railway vehicle wheelbox spring,the database of wheelbox spring is established.Then the rapid design of wheelbox spring is realized by optimization based on similar cases.Finally,on the basis of railway vehicle wheelbox spring product family,a rapid design system is developed.The correctness and effectiveness of this rapid design method are verified by an example of double-ring wheelbox spring of the vehicle. |
