摘    要:橡胶沥青的工艺原理与SBS等高聚物改性沥青显著不同,研究了橡胶和沥青两种主要成分在共炼反应中的相互作用,并探讨了监测反应进程的手段。对反应后基质沥青组分的变化进行分析后发现,共炼反应中的相互作用能够显著改变沥青成分并缩小基质沥青原有的成分差异,并推算出了橡胶粉颗粒普遍膨胀1~2倍的结果。而且发现反应后的橡胶粉密度与基质沥青仍存在显著差异,为不稳定体。结果表明,反应进程与温度和时间有显著的依赖关系,粘度测试是很好的进程监控手段。

Abstract:Compare to the polymer modified asphalt,the production technology of road-use asphalt rubber is quite different.Reaction(between) the two components(Rubber and asphalt) during the reaction process and the method to control the process are analyzed.(Firstly,)in terms of the percentage of asphaltene in base asphalt(soft to stiff types) before and after reaction are analyzed,which show great difference before and after the reaction and with less difference between different type of base asphalt.Then,the effect of expanded volume of 1 to 2 times of original volume of rubber powder is calculated and analyzed.Even for the 2 times of expansion,still there is evident gravity difference between rubber and asphalt,which indicate that the asphalt rubber is unstable system.It is shown that viscosity shows great validity as signal and can be a right indicator in monitoring and control of the reaction procedure.However,since the(asphalt) rubber is not of typical non-Newton fluid,the test condition must be specified keep unified.
