摘    要:热损伤是重载货车车轮失效的主要原因之一。分析了30t轴重货车不同轮径的车轮在紧急制动工况下的温度场和热应力场,通过分析比较,得出30t轴重货车车轮直径的建议值。

Abstract:Thermal damage is one of the main reasons for the failure of heavy-haul freight car.The temperature field and thermal stress of the different diameter wheels for 30 t Axle-load freight car are analyzed.Through the comparision between results,the best diameter value for 30 t Axle-load freight car is obtained.
